The Tribal Access Program within Department of Justice wanted to create three video modules for Law Enforcement Officers within different tribes across the United States. Courses included: Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA), a course to help tribes register sex offenders in order to ensure tribes are protected from known sex offenders; National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), a course to conduct background checks to ensure firearms do not fall into the wrong hands; and a software simulation course to help book criminals within different tribes.
