The Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties (OPCL) provides legal advice and guidance to Department of Justices’ forty components to ensure privacy compliance, including compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. OPCL needed a training to ensure each component stayed abreast of new policies and laws concerning privacy.
